Thanks for joining the RAW Keepers beta. We've also emailed you this download link β but you can grab it right now:
Quick start β Windows
1)
Extract the whole zip first β right-click it β
Extract Allβ¦. (Don't run RAWKeepers.exe from inside the zip window β the rest of the app never gets extracted and it fails with several "missing file" errors.)
2) Open the extracted
RAWKeepers folder and run
RAWKeepers.exe.
3) If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click
More info β Run anyway (this beta isn't code-signed yet).
4)
Windows 10 only: if launch fails with errors mentioning
WebView2 or
Edge, install Microsoft's free
WebView2 runtime (~2 MB, one time), then start the app again. Windows 11 already includes it.
5) No install needed β it's a self-contained folder; delete it to remove.
Quick start β Mac (Apple Silicon, M1 or newer)
1) Unzip, then move
RAWKeepers.app to Applications (or run it from anywhere).
2) First launch: double-click the app once β macOS shows
"Apple could not verifyβ¦" with a Move-to-Trash button.
Don't move it to the Trash β click
Done (this beta isn't notarized yet; nothing is wrong with the app).
3) Then open
System Settings β Privacy & Security, scroll down to the RAWKeepers line, click
Open Anyway and confirm. One-time step β it opens normally after that.
4) The app then offers a one-time setup of
Adobe DNG Converter (free, straight from Adobe) β install it to unlock RAW β DNG conversion and the best HDR merging.
Reads Olympus, Sony, Canon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Leica/DNG, lossless Nikon NEF + JPG β all on-device. Your beta runs 30 days from first launch.
